Fan Wan
About Me – Fan Wan is a second year PhD student in Perception Lab, at Durham University. His scholarly concerns were mostly focused on scalable distributed AI algorithms (e.g. Federated Learning) to accommodate the large-scale data process from upcoming infrastructure of 5G and Internet of Things. Besides, he is also keen to explore Data Security and Zero-Shot Learning. The ultimate goal of his doctoral career is to use distributed algorithms and secure communication protocols to accelerate the use of human daily data to improve the development of artificial intelligence.
